Your instructors are Chef Nathan Hashmonay & Chef Clyde Tanner.

Chef Hashmonay has been cooking for 22 years. He Attended Culinary School In Israel & the Institut Paul Bocuse in France before coming to  America in 2000 & earning a degree from the Culinary Institute of America as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from Johnson & Wales University. He has been a Culinary instructor at the Art Institute for 11 years.

Chef Tanner has over 20 years experience. He graduated from the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena and specializes in California Fusion. He is a Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation and an instructor at the Art Institute in Tampa.
